Role:

Supervised by the director of projects, you’ll guide your clients in the definition of the scope of their projects, organize the thinking around project concepts, and follow through on production.  

Responsibilities:

  • Project management: planning, budget, resources
  • Client-agency coordination 
  • Construction of client recommendations, response to consultations
  • Conception of wireframes (UX with Figma)
  • Information research and synthesis, storyboard writing
  • Production followthrough (creative, content, development)
  • Test design and execution

Profile

  • You have agency experience as a project manager or project director.
  • You have had formal training in web production or project management. 
  • You know how to synthesize documents and organize your thoughts.
  • You know how to organize a team.
  • You can put yourself in the end-user’s shoes.

Part of the management team, this role’s mission is to make management run more smoothly and so allow the teams to focus on their creative mission. You’ll be joining a team of creative consultants who work for companies like RATP, SNCF, Airbnb, Twitter, Libération…

Responsibilities

  • Managing our invoices (writing, follow-up) and those of our suppliers.
  • Monthly coordination with our accounting agency.
  • Internal admin (restaurant tickets, supplemental insurance, reimbursement of transport and expenses, etc.) 
  • Operational management of premises: supplies, administrative
  • You will also help organize and manage agency events 

Profile

  • You have had similar, successful experiences
  • You are extremely organized and rigorous
  • Your spelling is perfect; you write and speak clearly
  • You can work with documents and clients in English
  • You are comfortable with Google Docs and Excel
