Imagining a 100% digital exhibition
For the Palais de la Porte Dorée, we designed the mini exhibition site “L’envers du décors” (Behind the Scenes): an exhibition that could not be held because of the pandemic.
The user experience has been designed to maintain as intuitive a navigation as possible, echoing that of the exhibition that should have been held in the Palais.
One of the challenges was to ensure a balance between the visual works and the text (artists’ intentions and credits), as well as to support the museum in this transformation of an exhibition initially intended to be held physically.
